This is a place to make sense of your story.
Many of the clients I have the privilege of working with carry a deep sense of responsibility. They care deeply—about their people, their work, and living a meaningful life. Maybe that’s you. You’ve read the books, tried the strategies, even worked with coaches or counselors before—but something still feels off, and you're starting to wonder if clarity or change is even possible. Maybe you’ve walked through something incredibly painful and just need a safe place to land—somewhere to begin making sense of it all and find a way forward.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to start untangling what hurts.
Life brings hardship and suffering to us all. Sometimes we carry it quietly; sometimes it knocks the wind out of us. What I know to be true is that we’re not meant to figure this life out alone. It’s my honor to work with clients as they explore their stories in a more authentic way—healing from past wounds, navigating present struggles, and having experiences that lead to deeper wholeness in their lives, relationships, and sense of purpose.
No matter what you’ve been through or where you find yourself now, I will walk with you as you uncover and share the different parts of your story—the beautiful and the broken, the questions and the longings. Making sense of how your past has shaped your present is powerful work. It helps us better understand ourselves and the people we love. It clears a path toward living with greater clarity, connection, and meaning.
I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Sessions with me are…
Inviting, curious, purposeful, and focused. I’ll meet you exactly where you are and move at your pace. I’ll be a sounding board as well as a grounded presence to help you define what matters, explore new ways to engage, and decide what parts of your story you want to carry forward (and the ones you want to leave behind).
My Background
As simple as it sounds, I've always had a passion for learning, having fun, and making sense of life. In college, I happily spent my summers at a Christian sports camp doing what I loved—being outdoors, playing, laughing, serving others, and engaging in life. I went on to earn my undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and started my career as a middle school teacher. After stepping away to raise my kids during their early years, I realized I had a passion for supporting people in a deeper, more personal way. That led me back to school, where I earned my Master’s in Education in Counseling and Development with an emphasis in Marriage, Family, and Couples Counseling. I’ve loved this work ever since.
I founded Windflower Therapy and Wellness because I wanted to create a space of goodness. A place where people feel safe. A place where you are valued—no matter what you’re walking through. A place where you feel wanted, where you can shine a light on the hard parts of your story, and where curiosity, growth, and hope are welcome. A place where purpose can be reclaimed and where healing can begin. Outside of work, you’ll likely find me on a pickleball court, hiking, biking, or traveling and exploring God’s beautiful creation—ideally with my favorite humans and dogs. I also love reading, learning, planning trips, and playing all the board and card games (again—preferably with my favorite humans and dogs in tow).
